We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in line with EU consumer law.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- You must notify us within the 14-day period
- You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us
Once your right of withdrawal has been exercised and we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
2. How to Request a Return

Receive return instructions
We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and any specific packaging instructions. -
Ship the product back
Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. -
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 14 days.
3. Defective or Incorrectly Sent Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected], attaching a photo of the issue.
In such cases, we will arrange for a free return or replacement at our expense and issue a full refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
- Products that have been damaged after delivery due to improper handling by the customer
- Orders where the 14-day withdrawal period has expired (except in cases of defect)
