EuroVitaLabs sells dietary supplements ("Products"). We make every effort to display Product descriptions, ingredients, and images accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content on our Sites are error-free or complete.

Our Products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not medicinal products and do not require a medical prescription.

Prices are displayed in the currency of each local market site and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that:

• The personal information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods specified on the checkout page. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store full card details.

An order confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, in which case any payment will be fully refunded.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by market. Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.

To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.

These Terms are governed by applicable EU consumer protection regulation. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the country of your residence as a consumer, unless you agree otherwise.
